UK Delivery

First Class Royal Mail
We aim to complete your order within 5 days of payment being received. All orders are suitably packaged and sent via first class post. Delivery normally takes between 1-2 days but please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.

If you are living outside the UK and would like us to post the card to a recipient in the UK please provide name and address details on the order form.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

We take great care to ensure customer satisfaction and hope to exceed your expectations.  However, if you are unhappy with any order you can request a refund or exchange provided you return the unused card within 21 days.

To request a return, please email us at info@nuffadoo.co.uk.  Please state your name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you how to return the goods.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.
